Before relocating to Hanover in 2005 to oversee the Donald Claflin Jewelry Studio, Jeff lived his entire life in Northern CA, most of that time close to the beach and the tallest trees in the world at Redwood National Park. Jeff has a BA in Art, an MA in Sculpture and an MFA in Jewelry/Metalsmithing. Jeff views his position as Claflin Jewelry Studio Director as helping to nurture a student community rooted in exploring all that is possible in jewelry-making and metalsmithing.
