Sally Pinkas

Pianist Sally Pinkas is the Hop's Pianist-in-residence, as well as Professor of Music at Dartmouth's Music Department. Pinkas teaches and performs at Dartmouth while leading a touring and recording career as a solo and chamber musician that has taken her from the Boston Pops to the Bulgarian Chamber Orchestra, from Tanglewood to Manila. Born in Israel, she holds performance degrees from Indiana University and the New England Conservatory of Music, and a Ph.D. in Composition from Brandeis University.
