Watch this celebratory sneak peek of the creation of the Coast's commemorative album Lookin' Forward. . . (2017-2020). Join us in the chat with the four students who helped produce the album: Sophia Kinne '20, Gray Christie '20, Dillon Ford '20 and Nick Samel '20 as they share some of their favorite tracks and behind the scenes commentary.

The selections demonstrate the joyful engagement and stylist eclecticism the Coast is known for, from jazz classics associated with Duke Ellington and Count Basie, music by living legends like Carla Bley, and cutting edge work from contemporary artists like Kris Davis and Mary Halvorson.
