123 Andrés are Andrés and Christina, and they rock out on stages across the US and Latin America. They even co-host the award-winning PBS Kids podcast Jamming on the Job with Pierce Freelon! Want more? Check out their three bilingual books, published by Scholastic. Millions of kids worldwide wiggle to their beats on YouTube and at concerts all over the US and Latin America.
Christina was raised in a Spanish-speaking Colombian-American family who always loved theater and dance. She became a classroom teacher, holds a Masters in Education, and loves using music to learn, imagine and play!
Andrés was born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia. His dad taught him to play the guitar, and then he picked up the clarinet. He's performed all kinds of music—Classical, Latin Jazz, punk rock, Latin American genres like Cumbia, and more—and even earned a Doctorate in music. But his true calling? Rocking out with kids and families!
